Do you have a return policy?
If you have bought a digital download, then no, there is no return policy. Digital files are not returnable. If you have bought a printed, personalized item, and if you are not 100% satisfied, you may return it within three days for a refund of the purchase price minus any shipping costs.

Where do you get your graphics?
Some of them I have created myself, but I also use Poser 'tubes' that are approved for commercial use. I have memberships to many tube artists' clubs that allow this.

How do I receive my files once I have ordered?
Once I have received your order, I will contact you. I will either email the file directly (if it is small) or I will send you a download link. You may then download and save the file to your hard drive.

Because this was an easy, quick way to get a storefront complete with shopping cart and order buttons that actually worked. ;-)
